To compensate you, our customer, for the slightly longer delivery time, we cover all shipping costs. All our products are delivered 100% FREE to your home. No minimum order value is required.
Track Your Order
If you have placed an order with us, you can easily track it a few days later on our Track Your Order page.
Returns
If you would like to return your order, please contact us at: info@klyoriah.com. You will receive the necessary return instructions within 24–72 hours.
You can return your product up to 30 days after placing the order. All returned products must meet the return conditions, such as:

Returns of Discounted Products
It is no problem to return items purchased with a discount! We also accept these returns.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of their return shipment. Costs may vary depending on your location (usually between €10 and €20).
We recommend sending your return with tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. All returns must include a Track & Trace code.
The sender is responsible for the return and must ensure that the package arrives safely and undamaged. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China (the address will be provided once you contact us).
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

Products not in their original packaging or products that have been used cannot be returned.
What If I Don’t Collect My Package?
Not collecting a package does not automatically entitle you to a refund. You are responsible for receiving your package. Only after receiving it can you return it to us for a refund.
Can I Refuse the Package?
If you refuse a package at your door, your right to a return and refund expires. You must accept the package and then return it to us in order to receive a refund.
When Will I Be Refunded for My Returned Item?
Once we have received the product in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 1–2 business days.
