What payment methods are available in your webshop?
You can pay with PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, and credit card (Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX).
My payment was declined. What should I do?
It can sometimes happen that a payment is declined. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. In this case, please try to place the order again.
I would like an invoice for my order. Is that possible?
Yes, that’s possible. Please send an email to klyoriahhelp@gmail.com, and we will provide you with an invoice as soon as possible.
Large quantity discounts
If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of a product, please send us an email. We will see if we can offer you an even better price!
My discount code isn’t working. Why is that?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple discounts. For example, if you already have a bundle discount for buying multiple products, you cannot combine it with an additional discount code.
Order & Delivery
How long is your delivery time?
Klyoriah values the environment and does its best to contribute to a better world with less pollution. That’s why we work with bulk orders and only ship products that are actually ordered. In this way, we strive to operate CO2-neutral.
Our average delivery time is 7–12 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
To compensate you for the slightly longer delivery time, we cover all shipping costs. All our products are delivered 100% FREE to your home. No minimum order value is required.
Can I choose a delivery date or time?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, as products are shipped using international carriers. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped, and you can track it via the Track & Trace system.
If you are not at home on the delivery day, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a service point. You will receive a notification in this case.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed. You can always check the status of your order on the “Track Your Order” page.
If you still haven’t received anything one week after the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@klyoriah.com.
I am missing some products from my order. How is that possible?
Since we work with multiple suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2–3 days.

Tracking & Tracing
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
On the “Track Your Order” page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.
The Track & Trace code isn’t showing any information. Why?
Track & Trace information becomes available once your package arrives at the shipping center. Please note that this may take some time.
I didn’t receive an email with my Track & Trace code. Why?
It is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please send us an email and we will resend the details.
You can also check the status of your order at any time on the “Track Your Order” page by entering your order number and email address.
